The Organization ensures that the data provided during the Order placement shall be our top concern of security and privacy. However, the Organization is bound to release Information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials when the law call for the same.

International Shipping

Custom Duties and Taxes : All orders shipping to a destination outside of India are subjected to import duties and taxes, as applicable in the respective destination and the Customers are liable to pay such duties.
Delay in Delivery : The customer’s package if randomly selected by the Customs Department for inspection.
Custom Clearance : The customer will be responsible to upload/Provide KYC Documents (ID Proof) for the Product to clear customs within the stipulated time frame, failing to do so shall lead to destroying of shipment by the custom department and in such cases no refund would be made.
Surchagre : For certain International Orders, if the logistics professionals specify the address as a Remote location, an additional surcharge may be levied as per the international carrier policy. This Remote Area Surcharge will not be charged at the time of placing the order. Instead, it would be informed to the customer before shipping the goods. In such case, the customer has to pay the surcharge through our website. If the surcharge is not paid within 3 working days after receiving the notification, then Organization would cancel the order and refund the entire product amount to the customer’s bank account.
• If the package is detained or refused at the time of import by the country’s Customs Agency for any reason, Organization will credit a full refund of the order deducting the total shipping charges including any return charges. This refund is processed when the order is returned to the Organization.
• If the package is returned by the customer, upon the receipt of the product, Organization will refund the entire product amount after deducting all the incurred logistics & statutory charges incurred for Order processing.

• Destination address: Single Address, as specified at the time of payment for that order.
• If Customer wishes to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, different orders should be placed based on shipment locations.

If our customer is still not satisfied with the received GI Tagged Handicrafts Product for non returnable items for various Individual reasons, the same shall be returned in original condition within 7 working days from the date of delivery to the below address:

Upon successful return, the customer shall be compensated with GI Tagged voucher equivalent to the product cost which can be redeemed in your next purchase within one year. However, the customer shall bear the Logistics cost.

You can request the return from your My account -> Orders -> Request return, Once the request is Placed We will initiate the return pickup request with our delivery partner 

Pre-requisites before sending the item 

  • – Keep the original tags intact 
  • – Please Repack the item with good adhesive tapes 
  • – An Email for return request will be sent to your email id, The print out delivery slip has to be taken and pasted on the parcel.

Upon successful Return & Verification of the original tags and the condition of the product, the Refund amount will be deposited to the original payment mode with 7-15 business days.
From Customer’s End:
• Before accepting the shipment, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered, in such cases please refuse to accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
• In case your representative received the package, you should pick the package from them within 24 hours. In case you notice that the package is damaged, we request you to send the image of the damaged package to [email protected] within 48 hours of its receipt.
• Since GI Tagged products are a brand in themselves and are most premium we request our customers to record the unboxing procedure of the product and if by any nano-scopic chance our customer receives a damaged product, kindly attach the unboxing video showing the damaged product and send it to [email protected] within 48 hours of its receipt.
From Organization’s End:
Your request will be acknowledged within 48 hours and subsequent action will be informed, if asked to return the product, upon its receipt and verification, the purchase amount including your logistic cost will be refunded to your bank account/credit card within 7 working days from the date of its receipt.
Common Cancellation queries Answered

Cancellation

• The Organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order with proper justifications in case of unavailability of the product, the quantities ordered, the inaccuracies in pricing and due to the unavailability of logistics in your area.
• If your order is cancelled after the amount deduction from your bank account through internet banking/credit card, the said amount will be reversed back to your bank account/ credit card within 7 working days.
• Customers must raise the Cancellation request before we ship your product. The Confirmation email shall be sent within 2 working days and the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the Customer’s bank account.
• Once the Order is Shipped, Cancellation request tab in your Dashboard will be disabled automatically and in such cases customers will have to receive the product and request for Return.
