Kotpad Handloom is a Vegetable-Dyed Fabric Woven in Pit Looms by the Tribal Communities Located in the Villages Surrounded by the Dense Forest Of Malkangiri and Umerkote of the Koraput District, Odisha, India. The natural dye is produced from the Aul tree which is probably not found in any part of the country.

The Eco-Friendly Kotpad Fabric is Used for Centuries as Bridal Wear of the Tribal Communities. The Fabric Being Eco-Friendly, Adorned With Beautiful Traditional Motifs is Truly a Heritage Craft of Orissa and a Remarkable Cultural History Of Indian Handlooms.

Specifications:

  • Exclusively from the weavers of Orissa.
  • Made of 100% Pure Cotton.
  • Eco-friendly and Highly Durable.
  • Since it is prepared out of natural resources, the dye is not harmful to the skin.
  • Adorned with the intricate tribal art motifs.
